It's really exciting to submit an app to the store. Of course, it's much more exciting when it actually gets approved. I submitted Faceover, my new app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, to the App Store a couple days ago and can't wait until I can actually tell people it's ready to download!

Faceover is a really fun app for editing photos of faces. By copying, pasting, resizing, rotating, flipping and swapping portions of photos, you can make some amazing (and amazingly funny) pictures. I got the idea to do this a couple years ago after seeing some great Photoshop creations that my brother-in-law had done. And I finally had time to work on it this year!

Here are a couple screenshots of the app. This first one is a face swap of Brad and Angelina. I love how the pregnant "Brad" turned out:

For this one I pasted the face of a monkey from another photo onto this little guy.


And I even created my application icon with it:


Hopefully my next blog entry will be when this app is ready to go live on the store!
